Instructions for Speakers

Submission of materials in advance

Deadline: 14 April 2023

We ask all presenters to send their presentation slides in advance.

Please note, that it will not be possible to use your own laptops or USB sticks plugged into the NLL computer infrastructure. (NLL have a USB-checker – but if it says “no!”, then your USB won’t work at all)

You should create a file, with the name:

• <Session Date>-<Session Sarting_time><Presenter’s Last-name>
• For instance, if you are presenting on 18 April at 9:00 and your name is Giuseppe Vitiello, you will create a file called:18-april-9-00-vitiello.ppt

Please find your Session in the Programme and create your file accordingly.

Your presentation wil be ready to be used for your session. (Note: PowerPoint is preferred; if you are unable to do this, you may submit your presentation as *.pdf)
